TackSHS results presented at the 17th World Congress on Tobacco or Health
17th World Congress on Tobacco or Health took place on March 7-9th 2018 in Cape Town, South Africa. It united researchers, academics, non-governmental organisations, civil society, scientists, healthcare professionals and public officials working on all aspects of tobacco control from more than 100 countries.
Four poster presentations were focused on TackSHS findings and were presented by TackSHS researchers:
- Secondhand smoke exposure in Italy and other 11 European countries (WP3)
- Exposure to e-cigarette aerosol in Italy and other 11 European countries (WP3)
- Passive exposure to e-cigarette emissions: irritation symptoms, severity and duration (WP6)
- Exposure to second-hand aerosol produced by electronic cigarettes: a systematic review (WP8)
These are some of the first results of the project studies. Presentations enabled interesting and engaging discussions with researchers from all around the world and dissemination of the project to broad audience.
